We are sure you will find our rates to be very competitive as we are
only renting out our villa to help cover our running costs. Please
remember to compare like for like, our villa has many more extras than you
will find in a lot of similar villas in Florida.
REMEMBER our prices are for the villa
and NOT per person and include all sales tax.

We are also in contact with many other owners on
Silver Creek - if we are booked for your required dates we may still be
able to help you find another villa so please ask. We can also accommodate
larger groups that may need two villas close together.
If you are interested in booking our villa
please check if we are available.
If your dates are available please
e-mail or telephone
us to provisionally reserve your dates and confirm the dates are still
available. We will provisionally reserve the dates for no longer than 7
days to allow you time to fill in our booking form and return it along
with a deposit of £100.00 / $150.00 per week. If we do not receive the
completed booking form and
deposit within 7 days we will place the dates back on the calendar.
Payment can be made in either UK£ or US$ by
cheque, electronic transfer or credit cards via Paypal - note that Paypal
payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
